Service boundary

KinClarity is a technology platform. It is not a law firm and does not provide legal, tax, financial, investment, medical, or mental-health advice. A professional-client relationship exists only when you and that professional separately establish one.

Legal research, jurisdiction checklists, forms, calculations, and drafting tools remain unavailable for executable use until the applicable jurisdiction release has been reviewed and approved by qualified counsel.

Your account

Use accurate information, protect your credentials, and do not access another person's private workspace without an active invitation and permission. Each party must use a separate account for private safety, disclosure, counsel, approval, and signature steps.

You may not use KinClarity to impersonate another person, interfere with the service, upload malicious material, evade access controls, or facilitate unlawful conduct.

Professionals and marketplace

Credential review describes the information and sources KinClarity checked; it is not a guarantee of competence, availability, outcome, or continuing eligibility. Users remain responsible for selecting and independently engaging a professional.

Professionals are responsible for licensing, conflicts, engagement terms, advice, services, records, and jurisdictional compliance. KinClarity does not share in legal-service fees by default.

Content, files, and acceptable use

You retain rights in your content and grant KinClarity only the permissions needed to store, process, secure, and deliver the requested service. Shared content remains subject to matter access, retention, legal hold, and audit requirements.

Do not upload content you lack authority to use. Automated scanning, format conversion, and security review may quarantine or reject unsafe files.

Availability, changes, and suspension

Features may be limited, disabled, or changed to protect users, comply with law, respond to an incident, or prevent use of stale or unapproved legal material. Material term changes require a new version and notice before they govern future use.

These draft terms are not active until counsel approval and an effective date are recorded. They are published now so product behavior and boundaries can be reviewed transparently.

KinClarity is a technology platform for organization, education, workflow, and Professional discovery. KinClarity does not provide legal, financial, tax, healthcare, Medicare, or investment advice. Professionals on KinClarity provide services under their own professional relationships, licenses, agreements, and responsibilities.
