A new workspace starts with only you. KinClarity does not alert a spouse, partner, family member, or Professional when you sign up.

Sharing is tied to a person, matter, and document selection. You can review or revoke access when it is no longer needed.
Safety without disclosure
Private safety and capacity answers stay private. Other participants see only that work is paused—not the answer that caused it.
Sensitive activity is recorded
Access grants and important workflow changes create an audit trail so unusual activity can be reviewed.

Retention is purpose-based, not permanent by default. We do not invent a single deadline for every kind of record because the reason for keeping a document differs from the reason for keeping a security event.
Collect only for a clear purpose
We ask for account, workflow, document, collaboration, support, security, and limited usage information only when it supports a feature you use or protects the service.
Protect and limit access
Workspaces and file access are permission-based. Private notification previews avoid sensitive matter facts, and service providers are expected to follow confidentiality and deletion requirements.
Keep it only while there is a reason
Active account and workspace information is kept to provide the service. Security, dispute, financial, shared-record, or legal-hold needs can require limited retention after an account closes.
Export, delete, or de-identify
Settings lets you request an export or account deletion. Eligible information is deleted or de-identified, and the result is recorded by category rather than hidden behind a vague confirmation.

A reviewed deletion job covers authentication, database records, stored files, and service queues. It is a process, not an instant-delete promise.

Some security evidence, shared legal records, financial records, disputes, or legal holds may need limited retention. The deletion result identifies these categories.
Honest about what is still being finalized
The current Privacy Notice is a public draft pending qualified privacy and legal counsel review. Exact retention periods will be published by data category before the notice becomes effective. Until then, KinClarity should not claim certification or compliance that has not been independently established.
